- Blend : 60% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay
- Production : A blended rosé containing 10% Champagne red wine, a still wine made from old Pinot vines
- Dosage : 10 grams of sugar per litre
- Description : A salmon pink colour. A delicate red berry nose. Smooth and fresh on the palate, with cherry, blackberry, wild strawberry and redcurrant flavours and excellent length.
- Serving temperature : 6 to 8° C
- Conservation : Open preferably within 2 years
- Présentation : In a specially shaped red bottle with a gilt metal label, honeycomb style. Also available in a gold wire presentation box
