RECEPTION AT THE FRENCH EMBASSY

Jean Jacques Cattier’s first visit in Beijing was to the French Embassy, where a meeting had been arranged with the French ambassador, Mr. Bertrand Lortholary.
The meeting was very friendly and cordial, and a wide range of subjects was discussed, including the Chinese economy, the enormous potential of the Chinese market for champagne, the opportunities to be seized, and many other fascinating topics. The meeting ended with the traditional photo in front of the flags of France and the European Union in the embassy lounges.
Mr. Lortholary assured us of his full support and best wishes for success in the Middle Kingdom.
