Jean Michel Bouvier and Cattier Champagne: a match made in heaven !  With our shared love of quality, skill and a life worth living, it was only natural that we’d end up working together.

L’URSUS, headed by Michelin-starred chef Clément Bouvier, offers his guests a unique experience in the heart of the forest, set in a dining room decorated with no fewer than 390 trees !

Bouvier now runs the Suites du Nevada hotel in Tignes and several restaurants: l’URSUS (within the hotel), Le Whitney Bar, La Table de Jeanne (run by chef Jean Michel Bouvier) and Le Panoramic, sitting at 3032m altitude on the Grande Motte glacier.  We are extremely proud to be part of their story, with our Premier Cru champagnes served in their establishments – especially our Blanc de Blancs.
