Alexandre Cattier and 2-star Portuguese chef Rui Paula, a leading figure in modern cuisine, have joined forces to create a cuvée with a fresh, generous style. A charismatic figure influenced by his roots and memories of traditional flavours, Rui Paula oversees 3 restaurants in northern Portugal: the DOP in Porto, the Casa da Chá da Boa Nova in Leça da Palmeira and the DOC in Folgosa.
The RP3 (Rui Paula 3g) cuvée is an extra brut 2014 vintage champagne (3 g/L sugar). This vintage is characterised by its fruity notes and finesse and adds the perfect finishing touch to Chef Rui Paula’s creations, in which fresh, local ingredients are transformed into gastronomic works of art.
