Dessert:

Sabayon of Red Fruits with Rosemary accompanied by our tri-vintage Clos du Moulin Rosé Brut Premier Cru 2006-2007-2008.

This dessert, which is generally not very sweet, will fit perfect with our Clos du Moulin Rosé beacause of its great floral notes and its powerful mouth with the aromas of fruits of the woods.
