For the last 21 years, Claudie and Thierry Merville and their team have been revealing the best in South-Western produce, season after season, in their restaurant «La Table des Merville» in Castanet-Tolosan. As an ambassador for quality products from the outset, Thierry Merville draws his gastronomic inspiration from the riches and diversity on offer in the Occitanie region. In the restaurant, you can enjoy our Brut Premier Cru by the glass as well as our Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru and Meunier Millésime 2016 Premier Cru vintages.
This hard work and perseverance were rewarded with a Michelin star in 2016.
